You can use Cicy to insert sound, images, and swf flash files

It is written to make stationery slide show for use in Outloook Express,
or for use in homepages. Cicy saves in htm, mht, nws, and eml formats.

In Cicy you can use MetaCreations DX Transform, MS DX Transform, MS DX3D Transform filters, Vml, Time2 ,Windows Media player to stream files, MsAgent, scripts are written in vbscript.
